Neil did a commerial/sponsored by Conan!
One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet was Neil participated
in a spoof commercial. Lights! Action! Neil!
It was a commercial for nip and tuck plastic surgery. Conan says his announcer Joel Godard decided to have plastic surgery done to look like his idol Neil Young. Suddenly you see Neil's face with the announcers voice coming out of his mouth. "That's right Conan!!
And it only took 45 operations to do it!!" Traditionally the announcer ends any of his spoof with his eyes and mouth WIDE open. Only this time is was Neil Young doing it. With Neil Young's facial features. To be frank, it looked a little bit scary. Do you remember the "man in black" from Poltergeist II ? Could have been Neil's evil 1/2 brother!
