The Slamdance Film Festival announced a long list of special screenings and short films that will play at its 2012 edition. Included in the mix is Jonathan Demme’s “Neil Young Journeys,” a portrait of the rock star at his 2011 summer solo shows in Toronto. The festival will also screen a never-before-seen TV pilot from Ed Wood as part of their program.

Larry Cragg has a lot of amps. And guitars. He needs them, too. When he’s not serving as Neil Young’s guitar tech (not to mention Santana and other rock stars), he’s busy running Vintage Instrument Rental, one of the few places in the world where musicians can rent the vintage guitars or amps of their dreams for a recording session or gig.
The website has a lot of brilliant photos about Larry’s guitars and amps.
Its a fairly big article–on the back page of U.S.A. Today (Nov 30). She wrote most of the songs. Neil Young wrote one (Doghouse), and plays on two. She also covers a Danny Whitten song (I Don’t Want To Talk About It)
The pepper-spray images intrigue us. This images/videos look like Ohio in the modern 21st century. Time for a new song by Neil Young.
Gotta get down to it
Soldiers are gunning us down
Should have been done long ago.
What if you knew her
And found her dead on the ground
How can you run when you know?
“My ego got in the way. When he talked about his wife\'s dog more than he did about me and Stephen (Stills) and David (Crosby) it pissed me off. I\'ve made music with Neil Young for 40 years and I don\'t deserve a better mention than as an appendage to his dog?” by -- Graham Nash, referring to Young\'s 2012 memoir, \"Waging Heavy Peace\"
