(updated) On 16. April the annual European Rustfest at the “Schloss Huelchrath” (Huelchrath castle) takes place again. It’s the gathering of the European Human-Highway mailing list and neil-young.info.
A couple of bands are playing Neil related music.

Sharry reports: “Neil is coming to Massey Hall on May 10 and 11. I’m so happy to hear this excellent news! I plan to get tickets for both shows. Bob is just interested in attending one show, so I guess I’ll be going solo on the second night. The dates occur on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, so I’ll have to request permission to leave work early on those nights. Massey Hall is within walking distance of where I work, so that makes things easier.”
On-sale date for the general public is Friday
(April 15) at 10:00 a.m. for both May 10 and 11.
Ticket prices — They range from $104.64 ($89.50 + $15.14 in fees) to
$204.64 ($189.50 + $15.14 in fees).

Young’s opening act will be Bert Jansch.
The Massey Hall concerts are also scheduled to be captured on film by director Jonathan Demme, as the final installment in a concert film trilogy, joining 2006’s Neil Young: Heart of Gold and 2008’s Neil Young Trunk Show.
The Toronto-born, Winnipeg-raised Young will play both acoustic and electric guitar at the Massey shows.

“Old ways / sure is hard to change ‘em / come what may / it’s hard to teach a dinosaur a new trick …”
I recieved a mail from Greenpeace UK. They gave Facebook an Earth Day deadline (April 22nd) to announce they’re going coal-free and that date is fast approaching. As of yet, there’s been no sign from Facebook that they plan to replace dirty coal and nuclear with clean, renewable energy.
So if you’re a Facebook user, log in, speak your mind and be part of today’s global push for a world record. Not bad for three minutes of your Wednesday.
Here’s the link
This is our world!
Don’t mess with it by using nuclear powers for energy.
Use something else.
Think different. Question it all.
Thank you!
Update:
Thank you, it’s done! Now let us hope, that Mister Zuckerberg changes the kind of energy for this giant facebook serverpark! Information technology is responsible. We are responsible. Yes, we can.
